The Chimes Bed and Breakfast Great Yarmouth

BOOKING
Prices are as quoted in our tariff and include Bed and Breakfast only. To reserve your room(s), we will require a single night's payment per person for the first night’s stay to secure your booking. Please ensure your deposit is received by us at least seven days prior to your stay. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to “The Chimes Hotel”, or you may secure your booking by telephone with a debit or credit card. We will send you an email or letter confirming your booking and notifying you of the outstanding balance which will be payable by cash or card on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you should need to cancel your booking then we would ask that you contact us immediately. In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation 30 days before date of booking - full refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 7-30 days before date of booking - loss of deposit.
Cancellation less than seven days notice will result in the full amount being charged.

Failure to arrive with no notice - full payment will be charged to your debit/credit card without you being present.

Cancellation charges may be waived or reduced if you re-arrange the reservation.

Please Note:
Should a room became unavailable for reasons beyond our control, all efforts would be made to provide you with alternative accommodation. If alternative accommodation was not possible or unacceptable to you, then our liability would not extend beyond providing you with a full refund of all money paid by you to The Chimes Hotel in respect of your accommodation.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to consider obtaining Holiday Insurance.

PETS
Guide dogs are permitted at our Hotel, however, no other pets will be permitted.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Your room(s) will be available to you from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You are welcome to check whether earlier availability is possible on the day. We would ask that you let us know if you plan to arrive later than 5.00 p.m. On the day of departure, we will require your room to be made available by 10.00 a.m. Please remember to return your keys and remove your car from the car park.

LIABILITY
No liability can be accepted for any damage or loss to vehicles or possessions, or injury to any member of your party, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors arising from acting in the course of their duties.
